The videos show families playing with the five early childhood keys to communication from the Kimochis® resources. The importance of forgiveness
FORGIVENESS is more than just saying it will be OK. Forgiveness is letting go, and finding a new way forward. People who are taught to forgive are less angry, and more optimistic, compassionate and self-confident. Stress levels are also heavily reduced. (Luskin 2001) - Forgiveness Fact Sheet
