Kimochis® are a playful way to help children learn how to identify and express feelings. When children can communicate their feelings effectively, they develop positive social skills that lead to lasting friendships and success in all aspects of life. Kimochis® teach the fourth “R” – reading, writing, arithmetic and RELATIONSHIPS. This “R” is the foundation for success in all areas of life.

The importance of forgiveness
FORGIVENESS is more than just saying it will be OK. Forgiveness is letting go, and finding a new way forward. People who are taught to forgive are less angry, and more optimistic, compassionate and self-confident. Stress levels are also heavily reduced. (Luskin 2001) - Forgiveness Fact Sheet
